This AYC Delegate form MUST be completed and submitted to the AYC Recording Secretary 14 Days prior to any scheduled AYC meeting for new Club Delegates to be able to vote at a meeting.  This form can be printed out and handed or emailed to the the current AYC Recording Secretary at the email of aycrecsec@associatedyachtclubs.com

This version of the AYC constitution and bylaws includes all changes and bylaw amendments as of February 12, 2025.  Any requests for bylaw changes by AYC officers or delegates need to be submitted in writing to the the Bylaw Chairman.   The current chairman is Ed Rader and his email is efrader@comcast.net .

Section 1 - Regular meetings shall be held on the fourth Monday of each month, except December, at such place as my have been provided at the previous meeting.

Article XI - Meetings

Section 1 - Regular meetings shall be held on the fourth Monday of each month, except May and December, at such place as my have been provided at the previous meeting.  The May meeting shall be held on the Monday preceding Memorial Day.

This form is to be used by members club to notify AYC if a member is removed for cause.  These forms are then kept on file and used to report out to other clubs upon request if a form exists on file for a prospective or existing member. Use of this form does not automatically disqualify a member from joining a different club.   All decisions on membership of anyone rests solely and completely with the member club.  This form can be filled out and emailed to Executive Secretary Jeff Upholzer at AYCCOM22@associatedyachtclubs.com
